Interview with Svanur Guðbrandsson, a participant in a validation project in carpentry. After the validation he completed his studies on Upper Secondary Level and continued his studies on a Masters Level in carpentry. Svanur had worked as a carpenter for 15 years and made several attempts to go back to school. Through the validation process his studies were shortened by 26 credit points.
